General Policies

Payment is required to reserve your greeting.
All products placed in your yard are property of Celebrate! Moments LLC . Please do not move signs once they are set. Please do not allow children to play on or near them as they are not sturdy enough to support the weight of individuals sitting or leaning on them.
Please do not discard or vandalize our signs while on display in your yard. As the purchaser for this rental greeting, you are responsible and will be billed for the replacement value of signs, letters and stakes at $25 per sign and $10 per stake.
Please make arrangements for lawn service to be performed before or after our signs are placed/removed to avoid damage by lawn mowers or trimmers. Please ensure that lawn sprinklers are off during your reservation.
Celebrate! Moments LLC is not responsible or liable for damage or injury caused during sign set up, display or removal.
Celebrate! Moments LLC reserves the right to decline business for lewd, political or otherwise offensive greetings at the discretion of owner.
Signs are placed in the yard after 7pm the evening before the date they are reserved and removed the following evening at 7pm.
For a longer rental period, contact us for rates.
Unless specifically requested by a customer that a photo of the yard greeting not be posted, we share photos of all our work on social media, google and our website.

Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellations made 24 hours prior to delivery date will be fully refunded. All other cancellations will be charged at full price with the option for credit to re-book in the future (subject to availability).
In the case of inclement weather, Celebrate! Moments LLC reserves the right to cancel orders if hazardous conditions are unsafe for driving (snow/ice) and/or set up (lightning/strong winds). Full refunds will be given if a future date cannot be re-booked.
Refunds will not be given at the recipient's request or removal of the signs because they were not expected.
